Purchased a warranty upgrade - didn't go through?

Hey,

 

I just purchased a warranty upgrade, but I didn't receive an email, nor did the warranty duration change on the product overview page...

 

And yes, the money IS now gone from my bank account. But that seems to be about it. What gives?

 

I don't really want to wait 'till monday to get this sorted out. Does it just take a while for a warranty upgrade to go through or something?

Hello,

 

I wouldn't be immediately concerned as it can take a couple of working days for a warranty upgrade to be fully processed and eventually show the corrected dates on the support site. Assuming you ordered on a Friday evening / weekend in EMEA I would expect it usually to show by end of the following Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.
