I purchased a T500 on Jun 9 and decided to upgrade the warranty to 3 year depot + 3 year accident protection. I received the computer shortly after, but until now the purchased warranty has not been attached to my machine yet. I've called several times, and everytime I kept getting the same response "I can put in a note for you, but it'll take about two weeks to update the system." It has been more than a month right now. Does anyone on the board knowing someone at Lenovo that I can directly contact and get things straighten up?

Please PM me the following information needed and I will cascade the information to the Lenovo Care Team to look into this.
Also I understand you have a similar post in the T500 thread, I've removed that as you have post the similar here as well.
