Receiving a 520S Broken Poor Customer Service

So my story starts with ordering the wrong laptop two weeks ago. I quickly notice this and cancel my request not more than two hours afterword. My cancellation request is ignored and the wrong laptop is sent out to me. Kind of annoying but no big deal. I place an order for the correct laptop Ideapad 520S 14” upon receiving it today I open it up and go to power it and the display is broken. I call technical support and after finally being on hold for 30 minutes when the expected wait time was 4 a representative for Lenovo answers and then hangs up immediately. I call back. Finally get ahold of someone after an additional 15 minutes of waiting. Now I’m being told that there is no estimation on when I’ll be receiving a new laptop. And it could take 1-3 business days just to receive the labels in an email to send this broken laptop back. Completely unexceptable especially since I’m still awaiting a refund from the first laptop that was never cancelled!!! Is there anyone else who has experienced a replacement order and how long it can take? I don’t have forever I may just have to look somewhere else that is more reliable.
