Refund Issues

Hello, I've heard pretty good things about Lenovo over the years, Which is why I decided to try out one of there devices this year and see what there all about! After ordering, There was some trouble with a lost package and support took a while to fix the issue, I called in multiple times over two to three weeks asking for a refund and then a replacement after getting impatient, No replacement was ever issued, Which is fine considering they notified me that a refund was processed on June 8th, I waited and waited, Then waited some more, Still waiting to this day.

 

The laptop was financed through Klarna, Luckily Klarna has helped me out by pausing payments until this matter is resolved, I've stopped contacting there support as there's nothing they can do, They haven't received anything from Lenovo despite Lenovo claiming a refund was sent, Every agent I talk to tells me the same thing, Refund was sent June 8th contact Klarna, I contact Klarna and to no surprise, Klarna has not received a penny.

 

It's going to be approaching a month soon and I've stopped reaching out to any agents using phones or live chat, It seems like I've repeated myself over the last 25+ days hundreds of times by now, If any management can help with this, I'd appreciate it.

Hello and welcome to Community,

 

I'm sorry that you haven't had an experience which meets with your expectations. When a shipment goes missing or, in your case, an empty box is received an investigation will be made by the carrier which can take some time. I've reached out to the appropriate team to find out the current status however a response may not come for a day or two as a result of the holiday in the US.

i have waited for 2months now. Still no refund.

I am taking this as a fraud. everytime they said check for you check check check.

i do not need you to check, i just need the money transfering back to my acc.

Yes, I definitely feel your pain, I was asking for a replacement or refund for a month or more before I received an email on June 8th saying a refund was processed, Now here we are, going on almost another month of being told the same thing and Klarna has said they’ve received nothing at all, very frustrating.

Well, Looks like radio silence, I understand how busy businesses are currently with everything going on but 30+ days without seeing anything happen is not reassuring.
