If you had an extended warranty for "keep your drive" they will be returning them to you in accordance with that, if not you may have expressed to the case manager you wanted them returned to you?

Hi Andy,

 

What about the refund? I thought I was supposed to get it within 2 weeks and if not you would chase after it. It still two weeks and I have no answer. I am losing hope in Lenovo Cusromer Support.

Your refund has been authorized and is in the system which, unknown to me, has changed. The good news is that there is a phone number you can call to enquire after an authorization has been made; you will need to provide some personal details for the purpose of identification. I'll send you that number by private message.

Hello Andy, I have a case I'm afraid I need your assistance with. My 4 month old Ideapad S940 went blank on me and was sent to Lenovo for repairs on 10/23 (SR # 7028528735). On 11/1 I was told the laptop was fixed with the issue being a faulty power cable. As the Repair Website is not updating, the only way I can learn of the latest status is by calling the repair line, where each day a different agent tells me a different status (apparently they are working off 2 different systems due to moving location?), but i can't seem to get a clear answer if indeed the laptop was fixed and if so, why is it not being shipped back, and if it's not then what's the real status for it? speaking to 5 different agents produced 3 saying the laptop is fixed, the other 2 saying it is not. 

 

Thanks for any assistance you may offer.

I did manage to check the latest update on the case 7028528735 and got this the tracking number from Fedex showing "Estimated delivery date:Friday 11/08/2019 by end of day"

I sent in my laptop for repair.. received accordingly and when checking online it has no complete date showing just processing. Talked to 2 reps via chat got 2 different answers. Asked for a supervisor was told none were available but they would call back. Both reps said they opened an escalation but when I called the 3rd rep said it has not been done. If I has read other reviews I would have never sent in my device for repair as it's for school. I just want a solid answer and my device fixed or refunded

I sent my computer off for repair on 1/20/2020. It was received by the Lenovo Service Center on 1/24/2020 based of my repair status report. I was finally told that the graphics card went out after only having the computer for one month. I ordered the computer around Christmas and by 1/20/2020 the graphics card had already gone bad. I would stay away from Lenovo. I have gotten the run around with the employees on the phone and in the chat saying that the part needed for the repair is currently unavailable and the depot can not currently tell me when the service part will be back in stock. I need my computer to get my stuff done for work and this has set me back tremendously. I have never dealt with a company that is so unorganized and unethical. STAY AWAY FOLKS!!!!

I gave my computer for a simple microphone hardware repair. It never worked since the beginnin .  I got a defective piece. It's been more than 20 days, and I need to travel home but have been postponing the ticket for this to arrive back. How long is this going to take? My case number/repair ticket is 2000505996. please look this up for me.
