Shipping issue - products returned to Lenovo

Happy new year!

I am frustrated, spent so many hours calling and chatting with Lenovo customers service but I still have not received my purchased products.

 

I purchased two computers on November 28, Delivery address on my orders were incorrect, UPS couldn't deliver and they returned it to Lenovo.My order status still indicates the products are in ship however according to UPS website they are successfully returned

on Dec13 and Dec18, the proof of delivery says both products were received by Andrew at lenovo.

 

I requested twice already to reship back to me using my "Billing address" as my delivery address was incorrect,

but nothing has happened yet. Please advise what is going on, the customer service is so hard to reach and unreliable.

Please either Reship or Refund ASAP, I need new computers by the end of January.

Hello and welcome to Community,

 

And Happy New Year to you too. I was able to find out thatyour order .....9549 is being re-shipped today but couldn't find a re-ship request for the .......9534 order in the system and would like to suggest you call sales support and request again that the order be re-shipped.

Hello Andy, Thank you for replying to me.

Are you sure ...9549 is being re-shipped?

I haven't received either shipping notification or tracking number.

I  also checked my Lenovo account, order status hasn't been updated.

I really worry if it is sent to wrong address again, it will be returned to Lenovo again.

Read a lot of nightmare stories in this forum...

On its way to Burnaby in Canada with an ETA before end of day tomorrow, and what you read in Community are those who don't have the best experience, unfortunately folks don't come here when everything goes to plan who are in the very large majority.

No way, I won' be home tomorrow.

Please advise Tracking number of UPS, so I can contact to UPS. There is no information availalble on my order status about this reshipping,

customer service has been closed yesterday and today, you are the only resourse I got right now.

I am so confused, UPS website does not have any shipment coming to my address.

You say product is re-shipped but no shipping confirmation and no tracking number has provided to me prior to the shipment.

Customer service is closed on Saturday AND Sunday, I tried Sales department but they won't assist me.

 

If the product is arriving on Jan 6 as you say, I urgently need UPS tracking number and contact UPS before I go to work

tomorrow morning.

 

Could you please urgently advise the UPS tracking number for my order ending 9549?
