Hi Andy,
much as I want, it does not work for me.
I have just deleted all cookies in my browser.
I use Firefox (latest version 21.0) and have also tried IE. No go on either.
When I try to look up e.g. 2516-ADU I get no result, and the address bar shows: http://support.lenovo.com/en_US/landing.page?qpq=2
What is your address if you do this?

Using Firefox 21 I got the following,
Is it possible that it's not loading properly for you, java busted or something? Before it displays the address in the pic it does display exactly the link you posted above, if I click on your link it then loads further to the result in my pic.

There was no JAVA on my PC at all, but that was already so since last year!
I just now installed Oracle's Java 7 update 25, but still no dice!
And I just tried my X61s laptop, and that works fine!
Funny thing, it must be something on my PC!
Any idea what that might be?

just in case, the PC is running XP-pro/SP3 fully updated, with MSE as antivirus.

The Error Console in Firefox V21.0 reports:
Timestamp: 6/27/2013 5:54:48 AM
Error: ReferenceError: geoip_country_name is not defined
Source File: http://support.lenovo.com/Resources/Javascript/Pro
Line: 668
This "Quick Path" is still not working!

Managed to get around to doing some playing today trying to replicate the situation, which I couldn't
I dug my good ol' t43 out with XP SP3 (last Windows update Aug. 2010) with IE8, FF 3.6.1.3; everytime I tried it it worked, even in safe mode and also with wrong location / time zone.
Have you tried just reinstalling the browsers??
P.S. Moved the thread here and did some re-titling to hopefully get a little more attention / participation.

Uninstalled Firefox 21, reinstalled with V22.
Installed Chrome browser.
Deleted all Lenovo-related cookies.
Even uninstalled all Windows updates since beginning of June 2013.
Still no go.
When I boot into W7 on the same machine it's working, but W7 is only a provisional test-install.
There's definitely a Javascript error in the webpage (see my earlier post).
Can't figure it out.
And I need this to work like 6-10 times a day or more!
