Hello and welcome to the Community,

 

Sorry to have to read about your experience, I'm sure it's been very frustrating. I'm also a fan of receiving a product key which you just type in and everything works but unfortunately things have moved in a different direction bringing new issues to what should be a relatively simple process.

 

You mentioned having received an email, have you responded to it with the screen shot after running Word or Excel whilst trying to activate? If you have did you include the original mail and leave the subject unedited because I'm not seeing a response in the case which was opened for you.

The case was resolved and I got the laptop, it works fine and i am glad that everything has been solved. I can finally enjoy my laptop! Thank you for helping Andy_Lenovo
