ThinkPad package lost and poor customer service

I recently ordered a ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 2 on Sept 24th, and it was shipped on Sept 25th. However the package was lost during the Canadian custom clearance. The UPS shipment supposed to arrive in 2 days, and I know there is something wrong when the package was stuck at the custom for few days. After severial calls with Lenovo customer service, they finally file a claim to UPS after 7 days. And it takes a long time for the next move. On Oct 8 I finally receive an E-mail asking me that if I want a replacement or refund. I replied that I want to file a refund and I did not get any reply. I waited for few days and called customer service, they told me that the refund was in progress. By now,  its Oct 20th, I receive no laptop nor refund for almost an entire month. After severial calls with the customer service, it seems that the only thing they could do is try to comfort me and extend the time.

You should not post that information, someone could use that to impersonate you really muck things up.

I saw Lenovo Admins request these two numbers from similar posting so I thought it would be better to include these informations. Thank you for warning me, I will delete them.

They usually will request tsending those to hem in a private message to ensure your privacy.

It very much depends on the circumstances but safer is better ;)
