Tired of following up with Lenovo India for a refund

Hi,

 

Lenovo India team said over a month back that they started the refund process. I've sent multiple emails in the same email thread and not got any response. Why is it so hard to get an update? Who can I add to to my email thread to escalate this?

 

Any help is appreciated at this point. Thank you.

Thanks for the prompt response, Andy. The issue is that I don't get any response despite multiple follow ups.

 

I understand that the delays are due to Covid and festivals etc amd I am ok with the slow processing as long as somebody provides me an update on when to expect the refund. They have got back to me. I hope it gets resolved soon.
