Trying to return prduct for refund but no tracking number...

Trying to return a product that I bought. But lenovo claims I have no order history with it saying "This order is not yet available for tracking. Please verify whether you have typed your data correctly or check back in a few hours."

I actually received the product through UPS which does have a tracking number but can't use that on lenovo's website.

I want to return the C730 Legion PC that I bought.

received the package on the 18th of wed and want to return before the 14 days are up.

Hello and welcome to the Community,


I'm not sure where you are looking and which information you are entering but if you look in the Order Visibility Portal you should see that your system was delieverd along with the UPS tracking number, this is after of course entering the required information.


To see the returns policy, (30 days not 14), please visit the Shopping Help site's Returns and Cancellations page; here you will find instructions on how to initiate a return assuming the original order was not an Outlet order.
