UPS lost my Lenovo Laptop

Ordered Lenovo Ideapad 5 on 23rd June which was shipped on 20th July only to be lost in Transit by UPS on 27th July and now there is no way around it.


UPS asked me to contact Lenovo as they can start the investigation which may take 8 working days. I forwarded the response to lenovo who asked me to wait for couple of days.


Apprently UPS is saying that Lenovo might have shipped the Package with a wrong/incorrect Postcode.


Its been more than a month now since I am waiting for my laptop as it is. I don't understand how long this ordeal will last.
