Hello! I recently ordered myself a T400, but I am unable to log back into my account. I was hoping to edit my order after seeing how large the 9-cell batteries are. I have repeatedly followed every step how to recover my password. I put in my account and user name, send new password. click link provided and then enter it. But nothing happens! It keeps saying incorrect login =(
The account in question is "Slucch" with a capital S.
Is it your Lenovo.com account which you are referring to? Unfortunately, you can't edit an order online regardless. I would suggest giving a call to the sales team in your country, as they can assist you with any changes in your order. In the U.S. and Canada that number is 1-866-96-THINK, or you can visit http://www.lenovo.com to find your local number.
