Unresponsive CS, Number for Legal?

After 4+ months I'm doubting anyone at Lenovo has any interest is making me whole. Warranty Repairs and Customer Service are unresponsive. Emails to corporate go unanswered. My Y700 was reported to me lost after 2 months and my discussions with Lenovo representatives tell me the company doesn't care, never did.

 

If anybody in Customer Service or Warranty Repairs or Corporate want to resolve this I'm all ears but at this point a new Y700 won't cut it. Otherwise, please direct this to Legal if they wish to settle this out of government courts.

Since I got a recent 'kudos' on this I'll mention that I posted this same message on Facebook and got a response - they weren't apologetic but they did send me an upgraded unit I requested as well as a few other extras I requested to make up for my lost value.
