I had sent mey Laptop for repairs and the laptop was returned to me in Dec..However after second use it had the same issue as previously. Hence I requested a replacement Laptop in eary Jan...and its ben a month nearly since I was told I would be getting a laptop once the CRM contacts me...For the past month, I have yet to hear from her or her department regarding the matter at hand. I am very dissapointed in Lenovo...and now my warranty has less than 40 days and I am sure they will continue to ignore my request. WHO CAN I CONTACT TO GET BETTER ASSISTED.

If I am correct, and found the right case opened on 9th Jan #03885038, I've reached out to Customer Relations and I expect you will be contacted soon, please work with them towards a resolution.
