Very disappointing product and service

I bought a Lenove G470 laptop and it froze when I first time powered it up. Then it almost freezes everytime when it wakes up from sleep. I called the support and they cannot fix it and ask me to ship the laptop back for the fix. And I have to pay for the shipping!!! I received the new laptop with this problem. Why I have to pay for the shipping?? It is not my fault!!! This is rediculous! Previously I had a problem with Iphone and Apple payed for the shipping! Lenovo is a very disappointing company. I will definitelly stay away from it and always tell my friends to stay away from it!!!
