Warranty Moving from y510p to y50 replacement. Moderator Please Help.

I had a 3 year in home + ADP warranty on my y510p and had an accident, and lenovo shipped me a y50 as a replacement. Was told it was a new machine that would carry a new one year warranty. My question is what happens to the 1+ year ADP/Inhome thati had left that i paid a pretty penny for? I asked my case manager and have yet to get a response (about 6 days now.) So im looking to here for help/answer.

Unless someone else comes along with a better answer, I would think your Case Manager would be the best source for information.  If you haven't heard from him / her then would contact them again.  The Case Manager maybe busy and inadvertently overlooked your follow-up or they themselves maybe waiting for an answer from an higher up person.  Whatever the case it doesn't excuse not keeping you inform.
