II have a TAB 8. It was signed for on 11/21. On 11/26 I contacted cust. service, on 11/27 I got an email saying received today, will assign a technician. Repair status update 12/1 technician assigned. Long story short the Memphis, Tn depot has had 32 days. Cust. service can't tell me when and if the part will be shipped. Also told me to wait on the technician to email me. How long do i have to wait? Or any other options?
