Somehow, I never received a Lenovo ID. I am on now courtesy of some screen which talked about linking my accounts and sent a verification email with a link, which, when clicked, apparently set things up and led me here. But there is no Lenovo ID in it. I tried logging on on a different computer and it won't take my screen name or my email, or the numeric user id in the URL. I can try to recover the password but that needs the Lenovo ID which I don't have and I already have the password. There is no option to recover my Lenovo ID. I had a dig around my profile and no sign of it there. So I'm currently facing permanent lock-out whenever this session expires.
