WinDVD Software

How far backwards compatible is the latest version of the WinDVD software? The Lenovo website seems to indicate as far back as the T60.

Does anyone know whether it will work on T4x series Thinkpads?

Cheers

Paul

Re: WinDVD Software

Just a quick question. As this is a winDVD update, does a previous version have to have been previously installed?

Re: WinDVD Software

yes, you'll need a previous copy.   lenovo did this to prevent non-IBM/lenovo users from downloading the full version of winDVD for free.

Re: WinDVD Software

Erik, could you please look at my questions here.

Perhaps I should have asked at least the policy question in this forum.
