I am posting here because I don't know what else to do. My laptop has been at a repair depot since January 7th and is "waiting for parts" indefinitely. I am an online student and need my laptop to continue this semester. I was told the case was escalated and someone would contact me about 2 weeks ago. Everytime I call I am told someone will be in touch with me. No one is helping me and there is no one to call. This is a joke. Its not even an old laptop, but the motherboard burns out in these things once every 6 months. It is an Ideapad y700. My case number is 7027574205. I am livid I even feel like I have to come here to try to find help. I have read others who have problems and they get a canned response on here too. Any suggestions from someone who actually cares?

I tried rechecking the case from the depot and seems that the repair was completed so that you would be expecting your machine very soon.
If you check your messages on your email, you should be receiving a tracking info emailed to you with the details.
