Lenovo - Worst customer service I ever experienced
I logged incident to Lenovo customer support on 22nd August for my 'all in one' home PC. Though I received first response quickly, the support center people told me that the mother board is faulty and needs replacement. Since my PC is just one year old and in warranty, they committed to replace the motherboard by 2nd September. But unfortunately, till date my PC is still not attended as Lenovo failed to get the replacement motherboard. Upon my continuous follow up, I keep on getting the same response as the parts are still in shipment and still not arrived. I have escalated this topic to next level in the customer service but they don't have even a courtesy to respond my complaint. Today, I am helpless and not sure whom to escalate further and hence checking with you. Lenovo is really disappointed me and i am sure this is my last purchase of Lenovo and will also suggest all my friends to avoid purchase of Lenovo products.
