I received an e-mail saying that there was a shortage of parts for my laptop however, on the status page the parts ETA only displays N/A. I dont think this is normal since when I sent in my laptop last week, it was repaired within the day it was received. My case number is 8003829687. Does anybody know how long parts typically take for the repair center to receive?
