I have a replacement order said that will ship out on March 3rd, 2017, and I call for customer service, they ask me email back to

Sorry to hear of the issue you are having. Please keep in mind that this forum is a peer to peer help venue and is not a main channel for Lenovo Support. Although Lenovo personnel visit the forum there is no guarantee they will join in on every discussion. If you're not getting any response then I would recommend that you give them a call direct.
