canceling an RMA

2015-01-12, 8:15 AM
Hello members,
I requested an RMA for my laptop, but I've decided to keep it. Is there anything that I need to do to cancel the RMA, besides just not sending the laptop? I don't want problems such as warranty being denied later down the road.

Since you started the process, I would definitely contact them about canceling rather than leaving it open ended. I am assuming that you started the RMA process by filling out the form on-line ?  If so, I would give them a call at: 1-855-253-6686 and cancel the RMA over the phone.  Have your RMA number available.
