customer service issue

For the past month i have been calling Lenovos customer support. when i get ahold of them they tell me my case has been escalated and a customer service manager should call me within 3 business days (I think that's the timeframe). so i wait a week with no call and try again. Is Lenovos customer service really to completely ignore me?
