customer service, no response

My ThinkPad t440p has some problems with the screen. I called the service number, and I was told that a technician would perform an on-site check, typically on the next day after I called. However, three days have passed, and I have not received any call or email from Lenovo. During the process, I called the support number three times, and they just told me to wait for the technician to call me. The warranty status shows that my laptop is entitled to on-site repair service, and service is available with a next day response. I want to know how I can check the actual status of my service request, and the case number is 302TQC9.
