how can i connect to Credit Card Services ?

dear mark_lenovo,

 

I received a email and asked me to add shipping address to the credit card file.

i have done this.but when i called back ,no one answered.

i tried last friday and today serval times.

how's my order?

 

can you check it for me,please?

As of this moment, I still show your order on CC hold.  I would check with your bank to ensure both the ship / bill to address is on file with the bank.   Try to reply to the email.

 

I will check with the CC services team to see if we can recheck your order.

I saw "Please do not respond to this email. "  in the email.

So i just try to call them.
