The cover present in the BOTTOM side of the laptop is incorrectly fitted. I raised this issue with the technical support team. Case ID was created and they said my laptop will be replaced. But, I need to speak with the Sales department with this Case ID. Still I can't connect to sales department after waiting on phone for 15+ minutes. Only messages which I get are "All our representatives are currently busy. Please stay on the line, one of our representatives will reach you shortly" and "Thank you for your patience. Our representative will be with you shortly". The same thing has been continuing for me when I tried to reach for some other purpose.
Hope someone from your end is able to resolve my issue quickly rather than keeping me waiting without knowing when my concerns will be addressed.

I was able to speak with the Sales representative and all my issues have been addressed. I hope to get my laptop replaced soon....
