Much as I have loved using these, the service has left me frustrated. I am a freelance editor and fiction writer - not having a computer for a week means I have to start thinking about rent and gas. They say the part is backordered - and won't tell me if I have to wait for a day, a week, or a year. Really. I asked. Paying for the best warranty they have didn't help. I'm done with this company. It costs too much - I don't mind that I paid for the machine - but no machine is infallible, which is why we pay for the warranty. Unbelievable service - they make you feel like they are doing you a favor even answering your call.
