I mostly use IE7 although I have been trying Chrome since it came out a couple of days ago.  It's very fast but also a little strange.  This forum is a little squirrelly in it.  And I don't like how they're handling bookmarks.

I use IE7, have tried Firefox but couldn't get used to it, probably because I'm a creature of habit- If it works don't change it.

Haven't looked at Chrome yet.

Love tabbed browsing - was late to the party, but don't know how I got along without it.

Have used firefox as well...

Interested in other's feedback on Chrome.

I'm all Firefox, I love having the add-ons, speed, and reliablitiy. I used Opera before it, and really liked it, and I've used it a bit since making the switch to FF, but only for running dial-up, it's much easier to disable stuff to reduce waiting time, but installing Shockwave to it is near impossible. I can't stand IE anymore, and IE7 is even worse, I was lost in it for quite a while, I was expecting tons of people to flock to FF and Opera when it came up, but people are weird, and go with change if they know nothing else. I really don't like Active X controllers, it's basically the main cause of internet related viruses, and only IE uses them, so the switch to FF is easy if you want constantly updating sercurity, and if you download Ad Block Plus for it, you'll NEVER see a pop-up again, that's because it's open-source, and companies can't buy ad space like every other blocker software.

I haven't used Chrome, but I heard it has EULA issues, (compatibility with websites) so I'll wait for it to come out of beta before I try it.

I'm running IE8 Beta 2, Firefox 3 or Chrome.

Chrome is very fast but has some quirks, particularly with the Trackpoint and scrolling mice.

It seamlessly imported Bookmarks and Logins/Passwords.

Uses about 10% of the memory that Firefox does, a major plus!

Regards,

James

Firefox 3, Opera 9.5 and quite pleased with both. Will probably test Chrome over the weekend.

I am using Safari on both windows and mac (safari is good, but it don't support scrolling feature with ultranav), Firefox 3 is okay, IE 8 beta 2 have problem loading Lenovo's many webpages (many words are so small that you will have problem even with a microscope). IE 7 is good but unstable at times especially if you open too many webpages. However, if it abruptly shutsdown for no reason, you can't reopen your old sessions like Firefox 3 can.

I have read that IE8 beta uses a ton of memory.

Firefox rocks if you are trying to print web pages.

IE8 beta got too much bug, you know Microsoft is always pushing the boundary it terms of memory wastage. Just look at how much ram is needed to just run Vista smoothly.
