Nope, unless you start to use USB drives or the SD slot.

You can backup the files in the Lenovo partition and delete everything there for an extra 4GB.

Well, you could always replace the mSATS SSD with a larger capacity mSATA SSD. Somthing in the 500GB can be had for under $300.

Keep in mind that the SSD in the Y2P is an mSATA format, mini PCIE size card, not a regular 2.5" SSD.  I upgraded to a 240GB Crucial M500 series mSATA, and it has been working flawlessly.  They sell for $120 on Amazon.  If I needed it I would not hesitate to try the 480GB model which sells for just $235.  Check out the reviews.  I have used several Crucial M4 and M500 SSDs, and I have been very happy with them.  They get better reviews that just about anything out there, and they are reasonably priced.  Replacing the mSATA is very simple.  Remove 11 screws from the bottom and pop it off.  Remove the 1 or 4 screws holding the mSATA in place.  Pop the new one in and button everything up.  There are YouTube videos.  Just make sure you are watching one for the Y2P because other Yoga models are different.

There is a half size micro SD card adapter called The MiniDrive that is reported to protrude only about 1/16" (1.5-2mm).  You could simply use one of these ($20 on Amazon) plus a $120 128GB micro SD for data storage.

I want to apologize about possibly misquoting the price of the Sandisk 128GB micro SD.  I swear I had checked the price, and it was $119.99, which is the same as it was a few days ago when I looked at it.  After posting my previous reply I decided to go ahead and get one.  After signing in to my Amazon account I searched again, and the proce showed $189.99.  There is NO WAY it was that much before, only 15-20 minutes earlier!  I would not have given a second look.  This kind of thing has happened before on Amazon, but not this drastic.  The only thing I can figure is that the vendor at $119.99 had sold out and others are standing by to scalp. There is no way a 128GB should cost that much.  I will stick with an inexpensive 64GB for now and keep checking the 128.

By the way, since posting earlier I found a thread where a poster said he is using the Nifty MiniDrive model for the Macbook Air Retina 13, which is just the right fit in the Y2P, though he said you have to shave about 0.5mm from each edge of an aluminum cap.  At $39.95 it costs more than The MiniDrive, but it sounds like a flush or even slightly recessed fit.  Comes with an extractor, so no problem if it is a bit recessed.

In case anyone is interested in the Sandisk 128gb micro sd, Amazon now has it for $119.99 again.  http://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-Ultra-MicroSDXC-Memory-Adapter/dp/B00IIJ6W4S/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1400113429&sr=8-1&keywords=128gb+micro+sd

Or if you want more and don't care about keeping the SD installed semi-permanently, TigerDirect has a PNY 256GB full-size SD on sale for $99.99 after $10 rebate.

I use a PNY StorEDGE 128GB small size SD card for storage of videos, photos, and other random work files.  Got it for $65 shipped on a sale.  It's UHS card--faster than the limiting speed of the yoga 2 pro SD card reader.  It sticks out about quarter inch, but it's fine for normal use (I take it out when I don't use it).
