Iomega LDHD-UP2 Desktop Hard Drive

Good afternoon.

I come to this forum to see if I have answers to a problem I have with my Iomega-LDHD-UP2 regarding the playback of videos through the USB port of the TV.

The problem is that it reproduces some videos and others not giving the error "formed of video not supported"

however when I test the disc on another TV the same already the videos.

My question is will it be the cable that connects to the TV? The USB port on the TV? Or some update you have to do?

Thanks to anyone who can help.

Hi Lage!

Welcome to the Community Forums!

The error message that you are getting when trying to play videos means that the TV does not support the format of video (e.g., .MKV, .AVI, .MP4, etc.)

Can you tell us the exact model of your TV so we can determine the supported video playback format?

We'll wait for your update.
