Sorry for the necroposting, but I can't find a way to restore said NAS i've bought without disks.
I provided four disks, but I can't go further than the Iomega Logo.
I can't even manage to get an IP.
Where can I find the (any) suitable firmware?

I did this process years ago, I had to speak to lenovo support who gave me a the zip file with the recovery firmware.
No idea why they keep it a secret..
Let me see if I can dig it out.

Follow-up: opened a ticket to iomega->lenovo->ibm.

I had no luck after HOURS of calls, and I have still to hear from "we'll contact you soon", in december.

Unfortuantly not, I don't know what the Filename would have been to search for it..
I would imagine it was on a USB key that has been formatted.
I would suggest moving to a Synology NAS. I did and it was the best thing I ever did!

the site of the url referenced is offline, there is a way to fix my IX4-200 is a cloud but don't know why is frozen, need to reflash ASAP.
