As you can see, the current firmware is pretty old, so it is impossible to upgrade straight away to the latest 3.2.14 version.
I would appreciate some help in locating the firmware I have to upgrade to first before it will allow me to upgrade to the latest.

Yea it's pretty sad. I posted a similar post about 2 below this one.. There seems to be no support for this product. I'm pretty bummed since my NAS is pretty much unusable due to transfer slowness and I've got like 3TB of data on it I need to move

There have been in-unit-changes that prohibit to get 2.x-boxes to 4.x as far as I know.
Sorry, but pretty old chassis...

Outside the mainboard there seems to be no difference.
However I did not see any doc saying which board belongs to what box.
So should be a try and error issue.

i found the (latest?) firmware 18.104.22.168125 of
Iomega StorCenter Pro ix4-200d NAS-System
Release date 06/08/2015.

greetings marco. i had the IX4-200d iomega/emc chassis SN : 7TC21102E5, who had worked well for 2 years, now, i need to upgrade the hdd's from 500G to 2TB x 4 or more, need more space.
there is a lot of troubles i found everytime i used it, now i found out there is a new firmware 3.2.14, while i still using the 2.1.48. as i read it only CLOUD could use 3.2.14 code but the chassis has the TAG W/CLOUD, attach youll find the photos.
