Google + After stopping, it worked for another 30 seconds.

the problem is still going on

You Can find here how after a factory reset and disabling Google +, Google contact sync works fine for my case. My mobile is Lenovo Vib K5 Note.

Please pay attention to timing.

I use Google Gsuite for Education Account.

Today , I received this message from Google Enterprise support. If you can do what google support ask for and send me the debug logs, I will forward it to them.

 

Hello Omar,

Thank you for your message. My name is Mark and I am following up with you as my colleague Luca is out of the office. 

Can you please provide the following information so we can consult the case to our engineers:

1. Please provide the OS(Android) and App version on the affected device
2. What device make/model is affected?
3. What other devices were tested/used?
4. Date that the issue started appearing
5. Behavior for each affected user with the issue before and after the date

Please provide Android logs:

-On your device, go to 'Settings' > 'About phone' or 'About tablet'.
-Locate 'Build number' and tap it continuously until it says "You are now a developer".
-Go back to 'Settings', and then 'Developer options'.
=Find 'Bug report shortcut' and enable it. This may be called 'Power menu bug reports' or 'Include bug reports in power menu'. If the option is grayed out, you may need to enable 'USB debugging' first. Also in Developer options, find the option 'Logger buffer sizes' and set it to 16M.
-Leave the settings screen and reproduce the issue you're having once again.  While reproducing the issue, please take careful note of the time when events occur or when you take actions.
-Without switching away from the current App, press and hold the power button for a moment until you see the power menu, and then press 'Take bug report' or 'Bug report'.
-Confirm that you want to take the bug report when prompted.
-Wait until the bug report is captured, noting that it may take a minute or two on older devices. Once it's finished, it'll be visible in your notifications bar by swiping down from the top of the screen.
-Tap the bug report, and if prompted, confirm that you want to share it.
-When asked where to share the report, you can choose 'Save to Drive' to upload it to your Google Drive, or save the file elsewhere if you're unable to sign in with your Google account.
-Once you have the bug report from your device, please reply to the case with it attached.
-To disable developer options, return to 'Settings' > 'Developer options' and turn it off using the toggle at the top.

Once we receive the above information we will gladly investigate the issue further.

Hi guys, 

 

Thanks for all your reports and thanks for working with us on this concern. If you're experiencing issues with syncing all of your Google contacts then please try installing the attached APK.


*Make sure you have enabled installation from unknown sources. Settings > Security > Unknown sources (Toggle this on) > OK
*From your phone go to this thread and download the attachment (from  on your phone or just click See Solution and it will route you to the attachment
*Once downloaded you will see an Open option at the bottom of the screen. If you miss the open button you can either download it again and watch for the option to open or you can go to Apps > Downloads on your phone and tap on the LenovoContactProvider apk file from there.
*Tap on Install at the Contacts Storage screen.

Ahh ok ?

But i have a problem. Error name :

"There was a problem parsing the package"

 

İ think this apk not for my phone.
