Dumb reply man! Even Lenovo accepted my problem. There is issue in my device... Go and do some other task. Don't blame the users without using the particular device! Better you can avoid reply to the posts unless u faced the particular problem in particular device.. ***********
I am just giving you my opinion as a user of several phones. The K3 Note has around 6 hours of on screen time. That is when you are using your phone continuously with the screen on it will for sure get to 0% after 6 hours.
The K3 Note is rated for 36 hours of talk time on 3G that is if you only speak on the phone and don't use it for anything else it will last 36 hours. The K4 Note is rated 22 hours of talk time in 3G that is a bit less thank K3 Note.
Thus, I can assume that K3 Note and K4 Note will have similar on screen time, or the K3 Note will be slightly ahead in on screen time. That is you shall not get more than 6 hours out of the device with the screen on.
From your statistics, you get 4 hours and something screen time, then 3 hours and something off-screen time, and you still have 10% of the battery left. That suggest to me that you are getting nearly 6 hours of on-screen time.
Which is what I would expect for the K4 Note. You can call that dumb, but these are the clear numbers. I am happy for you Lenovo is looking into your case, and you can come back to tell us the result, I am quite curious.
Here are some links that say the on-screen time of K3 Note (sadly K4 Note has not been reviewed yet):

Here is the compariosn between K3 Note and K4 Note, and on the battery side the K3 Note seems ahead, not sure why however:

If you have a concrete problem with your phone, you can call the Lenovo Service Center. If you want opinion of other users of Lenovo phones, you can come to this forum. Calling other people's opinion's who don't match your own dumb is your particular way of communicating with other people, I presume. I am always glad when a genius joins the forum, and I hope you can advise many other K4 users, that would be kind :-)
