Lenovo K6 Power and car and bluetooth

2017-06-07, 10:11 AM

When I connect my K6 power to my car or any car, in fact, the volume goes to mute and then when I try turning it up, I fail. The volume keeps going down to zero for no reason.

PS - while connected to bluetooth speaker, there's no such problem

Pls help.

Hey,

Do you have a dedicated volume button in your car? the volume down button may have jammed. Try pressing the button few times while connected.

Amal

Hey,

Have you tried turning off Dolby?

The problem starts when the moment Bluetooth connects, volume goes to zero. And then it doesn't go up.
I did what you asked, switched off Dolby. The problem did not happen exactly but then, on connecting, the volume went down to zero. But did not come down so frequently when increased the volume. (Happened 2 times in fact, very less).

No idea if the problem is solved.

Hey,

So it is somewhat working when Dolby is turned off. Try using Black Player and turn on the equalizer, keeping Dolby off.

Amal
