Lenovo Vibe K5 Smart Lock Settings Not Available

Hi,

 

I own the lenovo Vibe K5 (A6020a40). I have enabled smart lock in the trust agents however I still cannot see or edit the smart lock settings.

So, we're seeing the same thing. We don't see the options either. Not sure why the "Trust agents" option is there under the circumstances, but it doesn't look like the phone offers Smart Lock.

As far as I know, no I don't although neither do I know what a corporate account is.

Okay, let's work through this together. Do you have an work email on your phone (Exchange/Outlook)? If you go to Settings > Security are any of the options greyed out?

Hi, sorry about the delay, apparently when i sent my reply it never got through. 

 

No i do not have a work email connected, and the only option greyed out is clear credentials
