Tried them on other phones (LG, Samsung) and laptop - all worked propertly, so the problem with my phone. Hi Nick74,

We understand your concern and we would like to help. Have you tried to check if Bluetooth Scanning is turned on? To check, go to settings>location>tap 3 dots, tap Scanning. Turn the Bluetooth Scanning off and see if that works.

Hi!

I saw this solution before, but I cant perform it! The problem is that I do not have 3 dots in  my location settings, maybe I can turn the Bluetooth scanning off by another way?

I will send to you these screen shots of my settings, maybe I just missed anything?

Have you tried using another headset? Just to verify if it is just this headset that is not working on the phone.

Can you go to your Bluetooth Settings > Tap on the gear icon located on the right side of the Bluetooth device > Check if audio is enabled. Thanks!

Could you please show this problem to the next level support please, because I´ve already done all primitive solutions and they didn´t help.

I had the same problem. All the sudden it showed "Connected (no media)"

Everything worked fine an hour before and no software updates took place.

The way I got it working again was doing the following:

Go to Bluetooth > More Settings > Click on the gear icon next to the Bluetooth device that shows (no media) > uncheck "Phone audio" and make sure "Media audio" is checked.

That worked for me.

All other solutions I found here did not work for me and I really did not want to back-up everything and set the phone back to factory settings.

Good Luck
