Above link is related to Naugat update but the user says that new update fixed many issues including mic volume.

Many times, the case is that the opposite party isn't able to hear my voice during a conversation. Happens all of a sudden. 

The voice they hear is too low, they complain.

Microphone has noisy Effect.  

The receiver could not here my voice properly.   Also the voice recorder records my voice with big time noice.  Bit irritating.  I hope this will​ be resolved after the Android N update.

Sorry. The latest software has improvements on this, so please ensure you've check for system updates. If your software is updated and it didn't fix it, please try to power off and on your device and see if it recovers. If yes, we need a bug report when it happens again.

 

Steps to get bug report:
- Go to Settings -> About Phone -> Device Information - > Tap on Build number seven times on the build number to enable a new Settings item, Developer options.
- Go to Settings ->Developer options -> Enable USB debugging > Toggle On
- Enable Settings -> Developer options -> Enable Power menu bug reports> Toggle On
- Once the issue is reproduced: Go to Settings -> Developer options -> Click on take bug report or Press Power button and then choose Bug Report from the Power down menu.
- Wait for some time until the bug report is collected. It takes around 3 to 4 minutes to collect the Bug Report.
- Then upload the BugReport to your personal Google Drive and then share the link to the BugReport here.
- Provide observations of what you saw happen right before the bug report was taken. Please indicate the local time when you observed the behavior.

If it doesn't recover after rebooting, it is hardware related - a repair is needed.

Hi, I am sorry too. I have just bought this phone and updated the same day. Brand new Lenovo phone. Updated from you guys, Lenovo, via normal update. Worked fine for a few minutes just before your update. So, the phone is not broken, your software is. After that update the microphone is not working as before the update. People calling me hate it and i started to hate it myself. So, please have a bit of respect for people buying your products and solve a real issue instead calling us retards or you Lenovo wil become irrelevant in the future. You have to understand that this issue does exist. There are tons of complaints about this microphone issue. Just Google about Lenovo K6 and you will see that only the microphone issue is returned as result. Please don't insult my intelligence as myself i am a tech, i do electronics and just switched from Samsung to Lenovo to give it a try as i was pretty much bored of Samsung. Had their phones for lots of time and actually they does have great support. I can go go back in an instant to Samsung and not come back ever to Lenovo. Your call really about how you guys gonna treat your custommers. Fix or no fix? BTW, what your said about the bug report, doesn not do anything. it says it will take some time and i see nothing. What next cauz we are really pissed.
