Hey Neeraj1231

48-degree celsius is normal You need not worry about that. If you are experiencing too much heat on your hand while holding, let's say you cannot talk holding it close to your ear. That much heat is a  problem. All phones get slightly heated and 30 to 50 is normal and 50 to 65 is normal while heavy using like gaming.

Amal

Hehe...:smileyvery-happy:My phone goes up to 70 degree while gaming. I was worried and did some research. Processors can with stand temperature above 100 degree c. But sometimes the phone design is too bad that the display will get damaged since all parts are packed together. No other components can withstand such heat. But yeah 60 wont do damages. If the phone simply goes above 50 it means its damaged.

Amal

IN 45 degree I not able to touch the phone and above 45 is serious matter regards Lenovo customer care. You are using lenovo k6 power or any other smartphone. If you have any solution for decrease the temperature. You don't say this is normal

Hey,

Can you post the screenshot of the temperature listings? 45 degree is not a high temperature to be felt on the human body.I've attached my temperature sensor details(I use CPU-Z app).My phone has MediaTek processor so temp spikes up. You can see that "mtkspa" is 50 degree just because I am using 4g.

Amal

 Hi Neeraj1231,

You mentioned you did a Factory Reset, did you do it with automatic restore disabled?
