Mobile : Lenovo K8 plus
I use Skullcandy Jib Bluetooth headset. It works fine while I listen to music . But coming to calls(audio, video) it doesn't work. I have checked many ways by using safe mode, by restarting but nothing worked. Any solution for this will be great for me.

Can you try these steps and check and please share the steps you have tried.
Settings ----Apps---- 3 Dots ---- Reset App Preference-- Reset Apps----- Again----3Dots --- show system ---- scroll down --- Bluetooth share ----- clear data and force stop the App.
Same steps for Bluetooth MIDI App --- clear data and Force stop the App.
Check for phone numbers or call log --- all the call call log will be deleted after this step.
Scroll down select phone App--- clear data and force stop the App.
Restart the device and check.
Let us know what happens after the steps.

Thanks for your reply. I tried all the steps mentioned by you but i see no improvement. One thing i noticed was even after clearing data and force stopped phone app it was still showing me call log. Please let me know if anything else needs to be done.

I tried using the same Bluetooth headset on Redmi note 4 it is working fine. I am able to see battery status of the headset also and the call is also audible. I hope Lenovo could assist me on this .

Can you remove the earphone from paired devices and perform the previous steps and do network setting reset --- restart the device and pair it again and check.

It's again the same case. Looks weird same earphones works for Redmi note 4 without doing anything. Mine is a brand new mobile and it is giving me such types of issues. Please help me.

I am also facing the same with my Lenovo k6 power whenever I try to call when I am connected to headset my phone starts hang, also same for whats app call other things are working fine.
also I tried with another phone it worked fine.
please provide a sol
