You can spell out the password letter by letter with Google voice typing.

Its not taking any voice command.

Have you tried clicking the gear icon to get to the keyboard? You can try connecting one of those tablet keyboards that connect via microUSB if you have one or you can get a adapter that has a microUSB to normal USB and connect your keyboard from your PC

Hi,

Voice unlock was disabled by google due to lack of security. It was supported earlier, but then for some reason it was removed.
