Hey,
Lenovo does have volte support.
Insert Jio SIm, Assign data sim as Jio.
Then go to settings/more/Mobile Networks/Jio 4g/ Turn on Enhanced LTE.

Here is my screen shoot.

Sim1 is Jio the 2nd is Aritel. When switched data to Jio, VoLTE got automatically enabled but when switched to ARITEL it disappered.

Look in the bar for the phone symbol with 4G. :smileyhappy:

I'm in Delhi so it seems like VoLTE is not supported here by ARITEL despite it is promoted on their Web page.

Hi team,

I am using jio 4g sim in my lenovo k8 mobile. 2 to 3 weeks back everything was working fine. But suddenly my phone only shows LTE with out the 4G symbol. I am able to access the internet but cannot make or receive calls. Some times once I switch off my phone and switch it on the 4G symbol appears. After sometime the symbol automatically disappears!!! This is troubling me a lot! Can you analyze this issue and tell me the work around. I have tried all sorts of things like turning Volte mode on and I checked with *#*#4636#*#* and the Volte mode is ON there too. Please do reply as quickly as you can!

In apn setting there displayed that APN settings are not available for this user. I am not able to make calls directly due to no VOLTE . Please help.

VoLTE was not working in my mobile since i started using and warranty is available for my lenovo k8 note it's upto 5 may 2018 , how can i solve this problem ?

Sorry to hear about that, may I know are you facing with Jio networks? Have you tried to get in touch with network provider? If yes, what did they say? Were you able to use it before?

Replace the Sim and check. It may be due to Sim or network issues.

I'm unable make calls in lenovo K8 note with jio sim..I have tried all methods to solve.bt still I have prop..Anybody help me.

and phone give heat after upgrade this phone .

I am also having the same problem.

 

Lenovo care people also not able to solve this problem.
