Every time I see my mobile there is only black screen and to use mobile I have to put into charging even if battery is 100%

Lenovo K8 Note not booting normally

2019-03-10, 12:57 PM

So, my lenovo K8 note fell yesterday night and the volume up button got smashed.. Today morning when I woke up it was switched off.. I thought the battery had drained out. But when I tried to charging..the phone won't boot. I am not able to understand why! The attached photo is the screen that shows.. which asks to select boot mode. Fast mode recovery mode normal mode. Since volume up is for selection and the button is continuously pressed, I am not able to select eother. Plz guide on what has to be done as being a Sunday no service is available!

Hi Arvind23117,

Thanks for the screenshot. Try selecting recovery mode and see if you can perform the external reset. This will delete all data on your device if you have performed this and/or have not performed this the phone needs to be repaired.

Re: K8 Note Switch off Automatically

2019-03-18, 10:03 AM

My lenovo k8 note switch off automatically whenever I do calls, WhatsApp, browsing internet, etc. I'm so much irritated for this problem. Although I have already consult to service centre and they said that it's because of battery problem and accordingly they have changed the battery but when i brought back my phone from service centre the same issue shows up. At first phone switch off 3/4 times a day but now it continues many times even within a hour 7/8 times. It's so worst.

Lenevoservice agent do something about my issue as soon as possible.

Hi Lakkhy94,

I Want to share the relevent information with you in which the same happened to my friend mobile. There is alot of issues if the mobile is switched Off automatically. If the screen immediately returns to the same screen as before, then the phone did not power off. The screen automatically turns off after a certain period of time.
