K8 note restarting repeatedly after oreo update

After some time of charging, restart problem again started so I did factory data reset. It solved the problem finally.

No. It doesn't roll back to 7.0. it will give you a fresh Oreo with no user apps. It will be just like a new phone. Backup your data to prevent data lost.

Please don't   reset. All my datas are gone and problem still exist also

there is a bug in oreo update file. i installed it through ota , the phone starts frequent reboot. i go to service centre and they again installed it through cable. just after login on play store it starts reboot.

i tried in safe mode also but still the same problem happens. i also factory reset but no improvemnt.

in recovery mode, it shows en error " no command" .

what to do. the phone become useless now. plz come with new security update so that i can be able to use this phone. earlier in android 7 , it works fine.

When you get "No command" Volume Down + Volume Up + Power button and you will enter recovery mode.

I did reset my phone using the reset option in security settings since i can't get to hard reset it coz it always ends up in some error, and finally my phone is ok now. Thanks!

The error come after selecting the recovery mode where Android symbel is shown with red exclamation mark written 'no command'

resetting will make you loose your resent call list , your sms, and so much of problems.. can Lenovo not design their uodate properly.. its disgusting.. if we have to do a factory reset.. what is the use of this update. ?????
