Hi Keshu787,

Thanks for writing to us, sorry you are having trouble performing 'Hard Reset'. Our best bet would be to have your device submitted at the Authorised Service Center for further assistance.

Hello Mr.Swaraj,

Unfortunately most of our devices are out of warranty..

Why we need to spend our time and money for issue generated by lenovo.... This is not a suitable method..

This may become our second mistake..

Regards

Gopinath

Re: K8 note restarting repeatedly after oreo android 8.0.0 update

Hi Team,

This is very poor service you are providing to the customers, The company like Lenovo providing this type of poor service. I am very much disappointed.
After doing so many times followups customer support are not even responding on my email.
I am just asking for the cost what Lenovo offering me on email and they are not providing, then I guess the customer support are doing something illegal in the name of Lenovo.

I am going to spread the email thread on social media, may be after that at least someone from Lenovo will help me out with the proper solution.

Regards,

Ashishkumar Teli
