K8 note keeps on rebooting

What should i do? My k8 note keeps on rebooting when Im not using it. It started happening last month (june 2019)

Hey,

First of all, backup your data and contacts. And reset your phone. Their are many detailed threads about the same issue. You can search and refer them.

Already reset my phone still phone is rebooting

You can try recovering your device using the LMSA tool. Here are the link & link. Please note, we can't guarantee that the tool will fix the reboot. Possible a hardware failure. We recommend sending the phone for repair in that case.

My Lenovo K8 Note mobile is continuously getting auto rebooted every minute since last week. Could someone please help resolve this issue?

It's not a software issue at all. These service agents are trying to make us fools. I have the same issue with my mobile,so I went to the Lenovo service after 1 day of keen scrutiny they replied it as a motherboard problem "buy a new mobile" .my warranty expired just month back and this mobile is not even standing for 10 min I asked about the cost of motherboard they replied it as 10000 INR so don't believe these so called Motorola senior agents. Our will wreck after the expiry of warranty. If you have your warranty better go to service center and get it repaired or else replace the phone with a new one when you time

Lenovo K8 Note - Auto Restart issue  

IMEI No. - 864510030430824 / 864510030503547

Started noticing the issue 10 days back (working fine and suddenly restart problem started)

Already factory reset my phone also tried to rescue by lsma.

No I haven't submitted my phone for repair yet.

No physical/Liquid damage on my phone.

Hi,
I have the same issue with my Lenovo K8 note since 15 Jul 19.
I made a hard reset but the issue not solved.
Plz suggest any help.
I have not submotted device for repair. There is no any physical damage to the mobile.

Lenovo k8 note started auto rebooting.it remains on for 1min and then again switch off.I tried with safe mode also but still same problem.I visited customer care centre they told me that it is having motherboard problem.How mobile will work for 10min if motherboard is having problem.I can give IMEI  of three more k8 note  of my frds with same problem .

We paid 14k and now after 1 year if such things happening then it is customer big loss for choosing lenovo .
