I too have same issue. Network bar flactuates frequently, as a result I have been missing incoming calls, my number says not reachable. This is very basic feature. This issue started after Oreo update. Additionally, network settings reset option is not a solution as it just clears wifi passwords, connected devices history.

Please fix this as soon as possible.

After Android 8.0.0 , OMC27.70.-35 : 5 May 2018 update I am facing the mobile data network issue. some times it is showing 4G but not able to connect the net work once we restart the mobile will able to connect. Need network speed on the top menu.

 

Another issue , when other person receiving the call my phone is vibrating even I put all vibration options into off mode.

No signal!

I received my Lenovo k8 note a few days ago, it worked great, then it suddenly stopped connecting to the cell network. The top banner says no signal. Tried all the suggestions I found in the threads on this forum and nothing is working.

There is a display problem in my k8+ , it only occer in low light condition and battery should be also low then the display fluctuating the briteness during the charging time.  Visit my site here

Same problem observed by me also for BSNL network. Lenevo couldn't connect for weak signals

Recently i was also facing same issue from last 6 months.I went to service center and they replaced sub-board which houses usb connector also.They charged me 1250/-rupees.I dont`t know this amount is correct or not but my problem is solved.Now i am getting good signals and calling quality is improved in my bsnl sim.

I am facing problem in Lenovo K8 plus after screen replacment, It shows very less network , and also most of thime out of network , Very rarely able to connect to network , ITs too much fluctuation . I am on android 8 now

May we know what network you are having problem with? Is it Wi-Fi or Mobile Network? We recommend to report this to the repair center again to have it checked.
